CTC EXERCISE AT HOME

This Pilates video is aimed at the complete beginner or those that have either not done any form of Pilates in the past or need to work at a gentle pace that has minimal risk to pre existing conditions. If you experience pain rather than effort when performing any of the following exercises, please stop and rest and seek medical advice if it persists beyond what is your normal.

This Seated Exercise Session is intended for the elderly. Low level seated exercise for people who understand that doing something is better than doing nothing. The session can be executed daily. If you have had a hip or knee replacement please be careful also clients with bad backs and arthritis please take care.

This Fitness Exercise Session has low to moderate exercises in standing and moderate to advanced floor exercises.  The session can comfortably be executed 2-3 times a week. If you have injuries or health conditions please be careful also people with bad backs and arthritis please take care. Remember to drink plenty of fluids

This exercise session is for clients with balance issues. The session has low to moderate exercises in standing and sitting.  This session can comfortably be executed daily. Keep your score and note improvements. If you have injuries or health conditions please be careful. Take care.

This intermediate Aerobics session is for those wishing to participate in an energetic workout. The session consist of exercises in standing only.  Upper limbs, lower limbs, trunk and back. This session can comfortably be executed 2-4 times a week. If you have old or new injuries or back problem please be careful. Take care.
