Aquafit sessions run between 6pm and 8pm on Monday & Tuesday evenings, Aquafit – £10.50 per half hour session

Aqua-Robics runs on Thursday evenings between 5pm and 9pm, Aqua-Robics – £11.00 per 45 minute session

Aquafit & Aqua-Robics, once you have secured a place you will need to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your session to enable time to change.

If an assessment and exercise programme design are required prior to joining a session, this will incur an additional one-off charge – price on enquiry.
